Indoor features include 3 levels of cozy and comfortable living:
Imagine walking through the front door into an area where you hang your towels, leave your flip flops, drop your keys, and do laundry (washer and dryer are on this level).
You then walk up a flight of stairs to the main living area which is bright, inviting, and cozy. The living room has a gas fireplace, 50+” flat screen tv, 3 couches (1 which pulls out for more sleeping, if needed), and a full-sized screen slider with walk out to a front deck.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has a bar height countertop with 4 stools to sit at. The kitchen table sits 4 with a custom bench on the window ledge which seats 2 more. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you decide to dine in, you will have all you need to enjoy a meal at home. We love to eat, so the pantry will be stocked with a few of our favorite spices, and condiments we like to use. Feel free to use anything we supply and restock if you wish. Off the kitchen is a half bathroom, and a back door leading to the back patio.
Off the living room is a staircase leading you up to the bedrooms. This 2nd level has 2 private bedrooms, each have a queen bed, closet, plenty of storage, and their own bathroom with bathtub/shower, with blow dryer and toiletries. Linens, bedding, bath towels, and extra beach towels are provided for the days you want to go back to the beach again and again.
Off the 2nd level is a spiral staircase that will lead you up to the 3rd and final floor. This loft area is perfect for older kids or teenagers. The beach inspired loft is bright and cozy, with 2 queen beds, a WiFi tv, built-in desk, and a reading nook with sky light. This is a great place for the kids to hang out, and don’t forget unlimited wi-fi.
Depending on how close your family and friends are, this condo sleeps 8, and with the living room pull out couch, sleeps 10.

Off the living room there is a walkout to a front deck with a bistro table and 2 chairs.
Off the kitchen, you walk out to the back patio, which has a dining table for 8, Weber gas BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Above the back patio you will find the garden ledge, surrounded by beautiful granite rock features. This serene space has a hammock, and a lounging/meditating/relaxing area.
The house is nestled around a huge granite rock, with tall sea grass, beautiful trees, and exposed granite rocks all around. In our backyard you will feel like you are in your own little piece of tranquility. Don’t be surprised to see bunnies, or a random deer cross our upper back ledge. We live across Thatcher Pond, and nature is all around us.
Your rental includes cable tv, wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach cart with a few beach chairs, classic board games, and plenty of books for lazy days reading on the beach, lounging around, or on the hammock…
